This document is a tool to promote the activation and/or reactivation of the Tourist Self-Management Committees as a negotiation and coordination platform and as official channels for proposing tourism planning and promotion activities in regions, departments, and municipalities prioritized in the Sustainable Tourism Master Plan. These areas have the necessary potential to materialize the tourism experience. This is within the framework of conserving and protecting tourist attractions, with the aim of making them the foundation for local tourism development planning.
