Provides information and assistance to both national and international tourists in Spanish and English about tourist attractions, transportation and food services, and all types of tourist establishments and services registered with INGUAT, both locally and nationwide. Tourists can find printed INGUAT materials such as maps and brochures of the country’s tourist destinations.

It also serves tourism business owners by issuing hotel tax receipts and authorizing guest registration books, among other registration and enrollment procedures.
